This is the official site of the Britton Ridge homeowners association. You will find a wealth of information related to nearly every aspect of your neighborhood.

Britton Ridge is located just east of Cumberland Road, between 126th and 131st Streets in Fall Creek Township. Crossman Communities developed the neighborhood between 1994 and 1999. There are a total of 240 homes located in the subdivision.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Republic had a billing glitch and bills were sent out with an increased amount of $42.33. They are in the process of correcting it now. If you have any questions, please call Republic at 917-7300 ext 0. The base fee is $36.00 plus $1.08 for gas. Total $37.08

Britton Ridge Garage Sale will be May 14th and 15th.

Assessments will be increase to $165.00 per year as of January 1, 2010.
